Torty The Lucky Tortoise

Today we were doing lockdown work from term 2 for the people who couldn't do it in lockdown

What helped you to realize that Torty was a female? when she went out of the fire.
What does “scuttled” mean? she started to run
What does “stretcher-bearer” mean? a guy is a person who bring injured people to medical -people during the war
What does “hibernation” mean? when an animal becomes tired and inactive
What would you expect to have happened to Torty? went back to the grass
What was Torty’s piece of luck? being injured and almost being run over and almost died from the fire
How does the heading help you with the change of setting?
What words indicate the passing of time?”Now Torty is probably around two hundred years old. She lives with Beth near Napier”
What is Torty’s age? Two hundred years old
Why was Torty under the leaves? she was hibernating under the leaves

Water Cycle

Today we are learning about the Water Cycle in Quarantine.

The rain or snow comes down to the land and thatś called Precipitation. The snow that can be melted by the sun and rain then flows down to the sea. The sun absorbs the water droplets and the water gets evaporated into the atmosphere. The water gets sucked up and forms a cloud to make rain and the cycle keeps on going.

HungerBall

Today we are learning how to write how to a set of instructions of hungerball.

the instructions for endgame are easy here are the game rules.
set of players are up to 1 to 6 and can play in teams.
The object of the is you have to get a goal for each goal. play: you have to score a goal at any goal that has a number like for example you score a goal at goal number 6 the person who is at number 6 has to get out then another player comes inside and goes to goal number 6.

Penalty: if you hold the ball you have to get out of the game and get inline
 to be completed.
